New 40 Day Sadhana Starts Tomorrow: Kirtan Kriya

I am thrilled to announce the start of a transformative 40-day practice of Kirtan Kriya, beginning tomorrow, February 28, 2013. Each morning at 7:00 AM, I will be hosting a live 12-minute session on my YouTube Channel, and I invite you to join me for this powerful morning practice.

What is Kirtan Kriya?

Kirtan Kriya is an ancient meditation technique rooted in Kundalini Yoga. It involves the repetition of four sacred sounds—Saa, Taa, Naa, Maa—while using specific finger movements (mudras) and visualization.


This simple yet profound practice has been scientifically studied and is known for its ability to enhance mental clarity, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

Starting tomorrow, February 28, 2013, I will be hosting a live 12-minute Kirtan Kriya session every morning at 7:00 AM on my YouTube Channel. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this practice is for everyone. All you need is a quiet space, a willingness to show up for yourself, fingers, and an open heart.
