Hello

I am a 46-year-old AuDHD, PDA mom of two doing the hard and lonely work of overcoming generational trauma.

Inspired by my time in autistic-led spaces overseas, I dedicated a small corner of my copywriting website to advocacy and peer support services.

With the chatter getting louder (and more sponsored) around neurodivergence online, you can come here to breathe easy in a safe space for only the weirdest of neurokin.

I have: Opened four restaurants, won a Best of Philly award, performed improv with a drag king, worked as a celebrity stylist, produced events and concerts, worked as a disc jockey, professional chef, bartender, graphic designer, marketing brand ambassador, manager, sake sommollier, copywriter, model, food truck owner, been awarded a government contract, bought drugs, sold drugs, marched for drugs to be considered medicine,  and shot a documentary with Jay Z and Ron Howard. I have overcome homelessness twice.

One time, I managed a swingers club with my best friend. Have you really lived until you've prepared the buffet at a swingers club?

I was identified as neurodivergent in 1985. I self-identified as autistic in 1997. I was medically diagnosed as autistic in 2020. I have attended and advocated at 10+ IEP/504 meetings in the American Public school system. I manage co-occurring palsy, myofascial pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, raynauds, gut issues, multiple chemical sensitivities, systemic nickel allergy syndrome, histamine sensitivity, hypermobility and CPTSD.

I have been cheated on a billion times. My father tried to kill me. My mother was mafia "adjacent" and agoraphobic. I have been left with no notice by a self-professed sociopath with no job, no family, and two autistic children to pay back bills and rent on a home we once shared.

Ask me how I've survived.

I have a 23-year-long relationship with the practice of yoga. I am a certified hatha and vinyasa yoga instructor and a current kundalini yoga student.

I am a master-level Usui Reiki practitioner. I have experience with professional energy and protection work dating back to 2001. I can help sensitive individuals young and old through good times and crises by sharing my real-life experiences and my mother's heart.

I am a generational witch with a cultural background in Baltic Paganism.

I was sainted in the Discordian order and given the Principia Discordia in 1994? 95? If you were alive back then, you know why it's hard to remember.

"Western philosophy is traditionally concerned with contrasting one grid with another grid, and amending grids in hopes of finding a perfect one that will account for all reality and will, hence, (say unenlightened westerners) be True. This is illusory; it is what we Erisians call the ANERISTIC ILLUSION. Some grids can be more useful than others, some more beautiful than others, some more pleasant than others, etc., but none can be more True than any other...Reality is the original Rorschach."

This is an autistic-led Discordian meetup space and as such doesn't require the presence of a licensed practitioner of any sort. Here, the discussion about identifying as neurodivergent is political, social, personal, energetic, and spiritual but not medical.

Come here to ask: where am I stuck and what can I learn from that? What do I have to let go of? What do I gain, and how do I do it?

Interested in reality-shifting? Pattern-lifting? Been there? Done that? Over it? Damaged by it? Ready to make your own rules?Me, too. Now you're here. Let's talk truth.

"In conclusion, there is no conclusion. Things will go on as they always have, getting weirder all the time.

Hail Eris. All hail Discordia. Fnord?"
